For many of us the turn of season represents a change of pace and a clean slate to set our intentions for the following months ahead - I for one really missed the symbolic turning of the leaves when I lived outside of the UK.
However in order to start afresh, we must let things go and this can also bring up fear - fear of change, of the unknown, and perhaps surprisingly, fear of being good enough. Because to drive into change & the unknown fearlessly, you must believe & trust in yourself. You must believe you're going to make it out the other side alive.
If saying goodbye to summer is leaving you feeling blue, ask yourself:
đWhen I'm feeling low, who or what makes me feel warmer?
đWhat lights me up and is present daily, regardless of the season?
đHow do I want to feel throughout the season?
đWhat 3 things also give me that feeling?
I really love the sunsets autumn brings - they're the best, no matter where in the world you are.
